English version 25/05/2010 – 00h00 Position 39° 36 68 N – 5° 35 41 E

One more time we had another fantastique sunset last night. The colours of the sky reflected in the sea al around us at 360° showed us how previleged the moment was.

The sails... Heu... Penta was tunes at 2000 RPM since the wind was striking again;-) life on board could be compared with Club Med.

The watch is being organized and nothing is happening or to see at the horizon, only the immense sea, the sky and the mast pointing to the stars. At 2h00 I change watch with Peter and I am lucky to observe a falling star... I make a wish.. and am happy. I also observe the stars while the light of the moon diminishes. The colour of the moon turns from silver over yellow to orange before disapearing under the horizon at 4h00. At this time Cristian takes over my watch but I stay a litle while with him to savour this immense universe.

Almost noon, we cross a large trunck of a tree, which is a real danger for all sailors at night.

At noon we meet a few dolphins who come and play wit the bow of the boat at the point where it spits the water. A little later we catch a 7 knot wind.. all sails are hoisted and we glide across this lake at a 4 to 5 knot speed very close on the wind direction 85° instead of 104°.

16h30, the wind retires again. The Genua is rolled in, the motor is started. Suddenly I hear shouting:
« man over board » and I see Cristian jumping in the blue water. Brr.. it is cold....Do not worry he was wearing for one time a life jacket (old model). Peter jumps also in the water.. and the man over board manoeuver has been executed with success.

Jan does not know what to do and starts to wash the towels then he asks Peter to help him cleaning the deck. At that moment about 20 dolphins cross our route. They jump out of the water to chase and take speed, however the event does not take more than a few minutes... what a nice moment again..
